DRA Advisors LLC’s mission is to help our clients achieve their financial goals. We succeed by building mutually rewarding, long-term relationships with our investors, fellow associates, business partners and vendors. As a fiduciary, we place the interests of our clients before our own. Integrity, discipline and forthrightness are critical to our mission.

We also succeed through effective teamwork and we respect, value, and reward the contribution of every DRA associate. We strive to foster an atmosphere of growth and innovation both as a company and individually. In this way, all associates participate in the long-term success of DRA.
Our Team
Made up of 14 partners, DRA’s management team is comprised of industry veterans and leading real estate professionals with 25 years’ average experience together at DRA.
Our Roots
Since our inception, DRA Advisors has specialized in value-added investments in the real estate sector. Originally founded in 1986, DRA has operated as a privately-owned company since 1994. In that time, we’ve evolved our business and refined our approach, growing our portfolio to $12.9 billion in managed assets. Today we have 3 offices in the US: New York, San Francisco, and Miami.

Operating over multiple market cycles, our team has seen a lot of change. In that time, we’ve remained focused on disciplined value-added investing, earning us the trust and esteem of clients, banks, and industry peers.

At DRA Advisors, we believe we have an obligation to give back to others in need. We empower & encourage our employees to do the same. As a team, we enjoy volunteering our time to support local organizations. Throughout the year, we raise funds and participate in various initiatives:

  • City Harvest: Skip Lunch Fight Hunger & Repack to Give Back events
  • Children's Aid Society: Back to School - Backpack Drive & Toy Drive

 

Additionally, DRA Advisors match employees' charitable contributions of up to $1,000 annually.
