Property Analyst

• 3-5 years experience in Real Estate or Real Estate Accounting. Individual will be involved in the accounting, reporting and due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions and financing activities for a diverse portfolio of retail, office and multi-family properties located throughout the United States. Individual will prepare quarterly reports to investors, review annual property budgets and CAM reconciliations, calculate property level dividend distributions and returns, and review monthly property reports, while monitoring the performance of third party property managers. A bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in accounting or finance is required. Candidate must have strong financial/analytical skills, proficiency in ARGUS and Excel, highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player with experience in a fast paced environment. Position is located in New York City.

Asset Manager

• Minimum of seven years Asset Management experience within the multifamily, retail or office sector. Experience should include carrying out strategic goals at the property level through leasing and implementation/completion of capital improvements as well as completion of some development projects. Prior property management experience and managing due diligence processes are a “+”.” In addition, experience working with a Joint Venture structure-managing relationships while executing the business plan of the assigned portfolio is preferred. Candidate must be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills and have the ability to proactively recognize, investigate and communicate property level issues. Position entails working with the acquisition and disposition departments during the life of the asset. Position is located in NYC, but requires 25% travel.
