Transaction Analyst

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience; minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate. Individual will assist senior professionals with underwriting of real estate transactions, preparing detailed financial models regarding a broad range of property types, and assist in preparing investment summaries for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Individual will also perform due diligence activities for potential acquisitions and dispositions, and assemble and review economic, demograhpic, and other market information for each asset area, as needed, including recent trades and leasing data. In addition, the individual will monitor the performance of competitive properties. Candidate must have a BA/BS and general experience across a range of property types; experience in multi-family a plus. Must be proficient in Argus and Excel, and have significant financial modeling experience. Candidate must have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Position is located in NYC.

Asset Manager - Retail

  • The Asset Management department is made up of personnel with expertise in specific property types, who manage DRA's assets, executing the plan established at acquisition. Their goal is to increase the value of our properties by operating properties efficiently and completing leasing initiatives and renovation projects. Asset Managers oversee on-site property managers and leasing agents and establish annual business plans for each property. Asset Managers are an integral part of acquisition due diligence as well as the disposition process.

  • At least 5-7 years Asset Management experience in retail product required. Experience should include developing and carrying out strategic goals at the property level through leasing, implementation/completion of budgets, capital improvement plans, as well as managing limited scope development projects. Hands-on leasing negotiation skills required. Prior property management experience also a "+". Candidate must be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills and have the ability to proactively recognize, investigate and communicate property level issues, as well as analyze P&L impact. Position entails working with the acquisition and disposition departments during the life of the asset. Position requires 25% travel. Position is located in New York City.

Asset Manager - Multi Family

  • The Asset Management department is made up of personnel with expertise in specific property types, who manage DRA's assets, executing the plan established at acquisition. Their goal is to increase the value of our properties by operating properties efficiently and completing leasing initiatives and renovation projects. Asset Managers oversee on-site property managers and leasing agents and establish annual business plans for each property. Asset Managers are an integral part of acquisition due diligence as well as the disposition process.

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience within the real estate industry with experience primarily in the multi-family sector. Ability to work with a variety of joint venture partners and third party service providers, such as property managers, leasing agents, etc. Individual will develop and execute annual strategic plans with the objectives of maximizing property income, cash flow and long-term value. Experience in garden style apartment management in multiple national markets a "+". Candidate must be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as strong project management and team skills. Position entails working with the acquisition and disposition departments during the life of the asset. 35% travel required. Position is located in NYC.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate or Real Estate Accounting. Individual will be involved in the acquisition, asset management and disposition activities for a diverse portfolio of retail, office and multi-family properties located throughout the United States. A bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in finance is required. Candidate must have strong financial/analytical skills, proficiency in ARGUS and Excel, highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player with experience in a fast paced environment. Position is located in New York City.
